How the ranking works

Content-based filtering. Each credential is a vector over ten features: eight career tracks, a "matches your AFSC" feature, and an "entry level" feature. Your answers become a vector on the same features. The base score is the cosine similarity between the two. The score is then adjusted for experience you don't have yet, a required training course, and cost against your budget after funding.
